Undergraduate Admission Requirement

  1. Five (5) O’ Level credits in relevant subjects (including Mathematics and English Language) in not more than two (2) sittings.
  2. A JAMB UTME score of 170 and above (200 and above for Human Anatomy and Physiology, 210 for Nursing and Radiography, 220 for MLS and 230 for MBBS and other programmes Cut-Off below).
  3. A minimum of Merit (or Lower Credit) grade for Direct Entry candidates.
  4. Must have chosen Federal University of Lafia as their first choice.

Postgraduate Admission Requirments

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
Candidates seeking admission to the Postgraduate Diploma program must meet the following requirements:-

  • Fulfill the general matriculation requirements of the university.
  • Be a graduate of FULAFIA or any other recognized institution with an honors degree.
  • Hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) with at least an upper credit in a relevant field.
  • For those with a Lower Credit in HND, a minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience is required.
  • Candidates holding an HND in Horticulture, Nursery Management, or related fields from accredited institutions may also apply.
  • Other qualifications, with or without relevant experience, that are accepted by the Board and Senate of FULAFIA, may also be considered.

Master of Science (M.Sc.) / Master of Arts (M.A.) Programs
To be eligible for M.Sc. or M.A. programs, candidates must:-

  • Possess at least five credit passes in relevant subjects.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in a related field from a recognized university, with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division, or a CGPA of 3.0. For History and International Studies, the required CGPA is 2.50 or 50%.

Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) / Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) Programs
Candidates applying for M.Phil./PhD programs must:-

  • Have a good Master’s degree in the relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Achieve a CGPA of at least 3.5 on a five-point scale or an average score of 55%.

How To Apply For Admission

  • Visit https://my.fulafia.edu.ng/
  • Click on APPLY to create account
  • Click on Application, Select Post UTME Application 2024/2025, Enter your JAMB Number, Email and desired Password and then Click Proceed. The page will change to a LOGIN page.
  • On the LOGIN page, fill in the same Email and Password used in STEP 3 above and Click Proceed. A number starting with FULUG..... will popup, copy the unique ID and Replace the Email with the unique ID and Login
  • Verify that the information displayed to you by the system is correct, fill up the missing biodata and save. Make payments.
  • You can choose to either pay online or at any Commercial Bank. If you choose to pay online, you would be redirected to Remita where you would have 5 options to pay.
    • Mastercard: Enter your card number, Expiry date, CVV and click on pay.
    • Bank Branch: Print the invoice and proceed to any commercial bank.
    • USSD: Dial appropriate code for your bank e.g., *737*000*Your RRR# on your phone number registered with GTB or Dial *770*000* Your RRR# on your phone number registered with FIDELITY Bank
    • Internet Banking: Select your bank from the dropdown and follow the prompt. E-Wallet: You can use your Paga Account

Your payment must be initiated from MIS Platform. Any RRR not generated on the portal would not be recognized by the portal and it would be difficult for any student to have a successful registration in this case.
Please note: If you choose an option to pay online, you would be immediately redirected to a page where you can continue with your registration after successful payment. However, if you choose to pay via other options, then you must log in again to your portal account and the system will Verify Payment Made, and you would be redirected to a page where you can continue with your registration.

  • Supply your scratch card (for either WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) and save.
  • Navigate back to the portal, refresh the page, print out the summary of your application and payment receipts.
