Hallmark University commenced its academic activities on 1st March, 2016 with students admitted into its Faculties of Natural and Applied Sciences and Management and Social Sciences.

Hallmark University is fully equipped to provide holistic education, intellectual skills, advocacy and social responsibility. We are prepared to extend the frontiers of knowledge by creating a total man full of resourcefulness and ingenuity to be part of social engineering of our nation, Nigeria and the world at large. Hallmark University is student centered and extend to all persons without prejudice to race, creed, gender, or political leanings the opportunity to acquire University education in the sciences, technology and management. In Hallmark University, we encourage the advancement of learning and leadership by example is a must among staff and students. Undergraduate Admission Requirement

100 Level Admission

Candidates applying to 100 level must satisfy the following requirements: Five (5) "'Level Credit Passes in SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB in subjects relevant to the intended course of study which must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings. 200 LEVEL

200 level (Direct Entry) Admission 

  1. Candidates with the following qualifications may be admitted into 200 Level of any of the degree programmes of their choice and must have obtained
  2. Direct-Entry Form from JAMB to be eligible for admission;1. Hallmark University accept a minimum of Lower Credit for Direct Entry Candidates.
  3. Two (2) Advanced Level/1JMB Passes in relevant subjects.
  4. Hallmark University also accept ND, NCE and HND for admission. In addition, candidates must satisfy the following requirements: Five (5) SSCE, GCE, NECO or NABTEB Credit Passes in subjects relevant to the intended course of study which must be obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)

  1. Candidates are advised to process the admission through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS), a system designed by the Joint Admissions Matriculation Board (JAMB) to automate the admissions process to Tertiary Institutions. 
  2. All candidates are advised to upload their 'Level result to the JAMB CAPS Portal as a mandatory condition for admission.
  3. All duly completed Screening Forms are to be returned to Hallmark University or other venues where the Forms were purchased or scanned with the teller and credentials to: [email protected].

How To Apply For Admission

Applicants Who May REGISTER

  1. UTME candidates who chose Hallmark University as first choice institution or sought change of institution to Hallmark University through JAMB, having scored a minimum of 140 in the 2024 UTME.
  2. Direct Entry candidates with A level/OND/HND/NCE/JUPEB/IJMB qualifications who chose Hallmark University as first choice institution or sought change of institution to Hallmark University through JAMB and have obtained 2024 Direct Entry JAMB form.

Note:

  • Each candidate is required to make a payment of N2,000.00 for the screening fee payable online with payment gateway (Please print out your receipt after payment)
  • Candidates are required to fill and complete the online Registration Form by providing all the required information. It is MANDATORY for all applicants to use the Online Result Verification System to submit and verify their ‘O’ level results.
  • Candidates should register online through the Hallmark Admission portal by creating application account with their JAMB Registration Number, which will be used to confirm their names, scores, programme and passport from the JAMB CAPS.

  4. Create an Account Profile (kindly supply valid details of your email address and phone number)
  5. Check your email inbox (or spam) for your LOGIN details and Activation Link
  6. Click Apply Now for the first time users. Others should click login in order to proceed with the Application process
  7. Proceed to payment of fees.
  8. Verify O’level result
  9. Fill the Application form (ensure that the information supplied is valid and correct before proceeding to submit).
