Obong University is a private Christian university located in Obong Ntak, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. It is affiliated with the Churches of Christ, with the Rivergate Church of Christ in Madison, Tennessee, serving as its sponsoring congregation. The university was founded in 1997 as the African College of Management and attained university status on May 2, 2007.

Undergraduate Admission Requirement
A. General Entry Requirements
Minimum of five (5) credit passes in O’Level examinations (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB).
Credits must include English Language and Mathematics.
Results must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
Must have written the UTME (JAMB) and scored at least 140 and above.
Candidates must select Obong University as first or second choice institution in JAMB.
Candidates who did not choose Obong University can apply through the JAMB Change of Institution process.
Participation in the University screening exercise is required for final admission consideration.
B. Direct Entry Requirements
Minimum of two A-Level passes in relevant subjects.
Or possession of NCE, OND, or HND with at least Lower Credit.
Must apply through JAMB Direct Entry.
Official transcripts must be sent directly to the Registrar, Obong University

A. Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)
Bachelor’s degree with at least Third Class or HND (Upper Credit) in a relevant discipline.

B. Master’s Degree (M.Sc., MBA, MA, M.Ed.)
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of Second Class Lower Division from a recognized university.

C. Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)
Master’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0 in a related field.
