Before joining the University of Brighton as Vice-Chancellor Donna was Deputy Vice-Chancellor at the University of South Wales. She held the same role at London Metropolitan University. Earlier in her career she was Pro-Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean for the Faculty of Business and Law at the University of the West of England.
Located in Brighton on England's south coast, the institution of Brighton is a public institution. Its origins date back to 1858, when the Royal Pavilion hosted the opening of the Brighton School of Art. In 1992, it became a university.
