The University of Exeter is a research university in the West Country of England, with its main campus in Exeter, Devon. The university has four campuses: Streatham and St Luke's (both of which are in Exeter); and Truro and Penryn (both of which are in Cornwall).

  • Sports: Whether you want to try something new or are dedicated to your chosen sport, there are always lots of opportunities to get involved. From Ultimate Frisbee, Korfball and Sub Aqua AU Clubs to performance Rugby, Cricket and Sailing, there’s something for everyone.
  • Gym: There are two excellent gyms at the University, one based on Streatham Campus (200 station) and the other on St Luke’s Campus (30 station). Both include quality cardio machines, weight machines and free weight equipment to help maximise your workout.

History

The University of Exeter has been dedicated to discovery and changing lives through education since 1851 when the Exeter Schools of Art and Science were founded. In 1922 they became the University College of the South West, receiving their Charter in 1955, achieving full university status and becoming the University of Exeter.
