My main areas of expertise are services marketing (service quality, customer experience, value co-creation) and inter-organizational collaboration management (key success and failure factors, potential solutions). After dedicating the last ten years to the tourism industry, I am now turning my attention to services offered to women who are victims of violence (domestic, sexual, and sexual exploitation). Initially, my goal is to improve the customer experience for victims, particularly during their legal proceedings. Subsequently, I will focus more on issues related to communication strategies (awareness-raising, prevention, interventions with victims and perpetrators, and specialized training).
