Holding a secondary education diploma that meets Swiss/European university entry requirements (Maturité, IB diploma, Abitur, French Bac, A-levels, high school diploma or equivalent).
For students entering the Bachelor’s program directly*
Holding a vocational baccalaureate linked to initial Vocational and Educational Training (VET) in a profession related to the field of study; or a professional or specialized baccalaureate in a specialization related to the field of study; or a secondary education diploma and a work certificate(s) demonstrating a minimum of one year work experience in the relevant field.

His career highlights include key leadership roles such as General Manager Commercial at easyJet, CEO at Geneva Tourism, and CEO at Digital EdipresseLux, through all of which he has consistently driven growth, transformation, and strategic positioning.
Over the years, she has taught at Swiss hospitality institutions, contributing to programme design, the development of learning materials, and the enhancement of academic quality standards. She also held quality assurance responsibilities across multiple schools, supporting the definition, implementation, and monitoring of academic excellence.
Born in Switzerland, Jessica holds a Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en Ressources Humaines from CRQP, where she also achieved a Certificat d’assistante en gestion du personnel. A leader of a team of two HR officers, Jessica is also part of the Glion Leadership Group, using her strong influencing and communication skills to advise and guide Glion activities.
Dr. Antonina Santalova is the Academic Dean at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, bringing over two decades of experience in higher education management, social policy, and leadership.
