About

Founded in 1967 as the youngest university in Baden-Württemberg, the University of Ulm has developed dynamically and successfully ever since. Its faculties of Engineering, Computer Science and Psychology, Mathematics and Economics, Medicine, and Natural Sciences achieve top-level research and provide highly dedicated student support.

As a modern, international research university, we take an interdisciplinary approach to addressing the global challenges of our time. We conduct excellent basic research and simultaneously ensure that it translates into innovations and applications that benefit society: from sustainable battery materials and innovative trauma therapies to quantum-based future technologies.
